At closing, type what’s left on the shelf. LiquorHub works out what sold and what it’s worth at your sale rate. Filter the brands you haven’t filled yet, check the overview, add expenses and submit.
Live stock for every brand and size, with its value. Enter a purchase against the invoice number, attach the invoice photo or PDF, and stock goes up on its own.
Keep several bills open while customers queue. Discount by brand or on the whole bill, take cash, UPI or card, or put it on udhaar. Quotation mode records a bill without touching stock.
Full-year and month guarantee, separately for All and Desi. A shortfall shows in red as what’s still to lift — and once you cross the target, it plainly says Achieved.
Every credit customer with what they owe and when they last paid. Take full or part payment and see total outstanding at the top.

Set how much discount and udhaar a salesman can give on a bill. Going over it — or deleting a bill, correcting stock, editing a past date — needs the 6-digit code on your phone. Every approval is logged.
Switch shops from the top of any screen and move stock between your own licenses. Add staff on their own mobile number — they log in with OTP.
Change MRP size by size; every change is kept on record. Fix breakage or a miscount with a reason — before and after are kept in the correction report.

We’re starting with Rajasthan: the license form takes your excise license number and RSBCL code, and the brand catalog follows Rajasthan’s sizes. More states will follow.

The app shows how many days each license has left. If it lapses, that license turns read-only: you can still see and download everything, you just can’t add new entries until you renew.
No. LiquorHub is software that licensed retailers use to run their shop. We don’t sell, advertise or deliver alcohol.
